Trees

Overview

Trees are grown from saplings. Saplings can be either bought at the Sapling Merchant, Vocation Badge Merchant, or be found as wild saplings, which can be uprooted. When a sapling is uprooted there's a small chance that you can pick up the sapling. Saplings can also be traded normally including through the Auction House.

Every tree yields an amount of logs, smaller ones of course less than bigger ones. The amount will always vary per tree type and each tree on its own, so you will never get a set amount every time.
Almost all trees drop regular Logs, however Poplar trees also have a chance of Raw Lumber and Traveler's trees that also have a chance of dropping Traveler's Trees Raw Lumber.

Apart from trees you can also plant bamboo, which is used for fishing rods.

Hardwood Logs

Certain trees have a chance of giving Hardwood Logs next to regular logs.
These trees are:

Certain trees have a chance of giving Tree Bark when being cut down (This may no longer be true).

Special Trees

Thunderstruck Tree

Normal trees have a very rare chance to be stuck by lightning at every growth stage change. This turns them into thunderstruck trees which drop Thunderstruck Log(s).

Blazing Tree

This tree can only be found on Auroria. You can walk up to one in the Burning Forest and harvest it. It will appear as a pack on your back.

Radiant Archeum Tree

A tree that can be found in Prince's Crates. The tree only grows when it has been given a batch of Auroria Mineral Water.
For every other batch of Auroria Mineral Water given it will grow its fruit, which is Archeum dust/shards/crystals/essence.
When cut down it drops Archeum Logs.

Rumbling Archeum Tree

A rare tree which can be obtained for loyalty points in the shop, or 60 Merit Badges. The tree matures in 1h , drops only Archeum crystals, and has a high chance of being a Thunderstruck Tree.
No Auroria Mineral Water is required to grow the tree.

Growth and Harvest

All growing times are influenced by the climate. The correct climate makes the tree grow faster than the given time.

When the climate doesn't meet the requirements the time shown below will take effect.
All saplings cost 10 labor to place outside of protected land.

Note that some (maybe all) trees have a chance to drop special logs when harvesting. Willow trees have a small chance to drop Willow Hardwood.
