Specialized Harani craftsman make these balloons by inflating them with mischievous anima harvested from imps, boggarts, and the like. The process is actually a bit disgusting. Place in a completed house.

Returned via mail if the building is demolished. (You can place up to 40 pieces of recoverable decor regardless of category.)
